I just finished it in the afternoon.
For some reason, I add something to the NS Magphone, as Nadeshiko's belt is wore tilted.
At the time I finished this art, I still designing the Cosmic States for her.

Kamen Rider Nadeshiko Magnet States (仮面ライダーなでしこ マグネットステイツ)

-Armor/Suit: Metallic Silver, Red (left side) and Blue (right side)

This is the form Nadeshiko can accessed by the NS MagPhone, which splits into the two Magnet Switches: the N Magnet Switch and the S Magnet Switch.
In term of raw power, Magnet States is the Strongest States.
The downside, however, is that it take all 2 switch slots on the Nadeshiko driver to do this States-Change; She cannot use the other switches while she is in this form.
Nadeshiko can manipulates magnetism with both Magnet Modules on both her arms.
She can even use the N Magnet Cannon (Nマグネットキャノン) and S Magnet Cannon (Sマグネットキャノン) which are attached on her left and right shoulders respectively to fire bolts of electromagnetism akin to a rail gun.
The Magnet Cannons can be detach from her shoulders, and combining two into the Single NS MagCannon (NSマグネットキャノン). The NS MagCannon can attract anything that can be magnetized, then send it towards the target by sharply tilting the MagPhone halves forward. It can also fire a tornado of electromagnetism at a enemy.

It is her friendship with Akako Hikawa (Skydyne) that allows her to brings out the potentials of the Magnet States.

I really enjoy these. I really feel like Nadeshiko fir in well with Fourze and wished she could have stayed, even if they had to change the actress (the original actress is a singing idol so probably could only stay for the movie). I mean he had alot going for her! She is the first extra terrestrial Rider (I think at least), The first Female Rider for the main Rider to admit he falls in love with her. I really wish she could come back even if just for the last episode or the new movie.
