This is the final and strongest form of Kamen Rider Nadeshiko that can be access through Fusion Switch, Fourze Switch and Meteor Switch.

The Fusion Switch grants Nadeshiko to access the the other switch and combined the power of the two Riders to initiate the States-change; In Galaxy States, this form is a result of combining all power of 3 riders. (Nadeshiko, Meteor and Fourze)

The specs in this form are far overpowered when compares to other forms. As with Meteor Fusion States and Fourze Fusion States, switching on the Meteor Switch will summon the Meteor Galaxy on her right arm while the Fourze Switch grant her the Fourze Drill Module on her left leg. Nadeshiko, in this form, can even summons other modules without even using physical inputs or changing astro-switches, eliminating the disadvantage the other Fusion states have.

By default, she is armed with Galaxy Module Susanoo GunBlade (スサノオガンブレード), a katana-type weapon that is named after Susanoo and can switch between Sword Mode and Gun Mode.

Finisher:
The following finishers only uses with driver's Limit-Break:
-Rider Fusion Drill Kick (ライダーフュージョンドリルキック) - The Drill-module-equipped version of Rider Fusion Kick.
-Rider Fusion Punch (ライダーフュージョンパンチ) - A powerful punching finisher. It can even destroy weak enemies into dust with a single punch.

The following finishers requires the uses of Susanno GunBlade:
-Rider Susanno Slash (ライダースサノオスラッシュ) - a very overpowered slash attack. It is 24 times powerful than Barizun sword's finisher and it can cleanly cut through the enemy.
-Rider Susanno Blast (ライダースサノオブラスト) - a powerful shooting attack in Gun Mode. It is 18 times powerful than Magnet States's finisher.
