Kamen Rider Nadeshiko Fourze Fusion States (仮面ライダーなでしこ フォーゼフュージョンステイツ)

This is the form Nadeshiko can accessed by 2 different astro switches: The Fourze Switch (No. F) and the Fusion Switch.
The Fusion Switch grants Nadeshiko to access the the other switch and combined the power of the two Riders to initiate the States-change; In Fourze Fusion States' case, this form is a result of combining the power of both Nadeshiko and another Kamen Rider, Fourze.
The Fourze Switch was created by Kengo Utahoshi sometimes later after both SKRC and NKRC had formed the affiliation to each others later in the story. Unlike Meteor Fusion States, which need both Meteor Switch and Fusion Switch to be switches on, Fourze Fusion States only requires Fusion Switch to be switch on while the Fourze Switch is in the switch socket in order to initiating state-change.
The form was clearly resembling Fourze's Base States, likely due to this form being a fusion of both the power of Nadeshiko and Fourze. It also grants Nadeshiko the use of the leg astroswitches. (however due to the triangle socket being taken by the Fourze Switch, only the cross socket can be use.)
By switching on the Fourze Switch, Nadeshiko can summons the Fourze Drill Module (フォーゼドリルモジュール) On the left leg.
Like Meteor Fusion States, she can use the Barizun Sword, but unlike that form, in Fourze Fusion States she can use a pair of Barizun Swords.
Both Meteor Fusion and Fourze Fusion shares the similar disadvantages: it takes up the rectangle and triangle switch sockets to do the state-change, making the other switches being useless. Second, it will forcefully cancel Fourze's transformation if state-change into this form.
Finisher:
-Rider Rocket Drill Kick (ライダーロケットドリルキック) - The one and only finisher exclusive to this form. It requires the uses of both Rocket Module and Fourze Drill Module. It is originally Fourze's finisher while in Base States.
