In this form, Nadeshiko's suit is coated with the electrical insulating layers, preventing Nadeshiko from being electrocute by the electricity generate by the Elek States itself.
There are 6 Volt Drum Chargers (ボルトラムチャージャー) attached on the torso armor. These chargers can stores electric energy up to nearly 3000 Kilowatts.
Nadeshiko is also armed with a weapon, the Elek Module Billy the Rod (エレキモジュール ビリーザロッド), a lightning sword/rod-type weapon. There are 3 sockets on the crossguard for a built-in plug on the module to access different ways to unleash a eletrical current into an attack.

By inserting the Elek Switch into Billy the Rod's base, Nadeshiko can initiate the following finishers depends on which sockets she plug into:
-Rider Ten Billion Volt Break (ライダー100億ボルトブレイク) - By setting the plug in the left socket, Nadeshiko can initiate this Rider Slash finisher.
-Rider Ten Billion Volt Shoot (ライダー100億ボルトシュート) - By setting the plug in the top socket, Nadeshiko can initiate this finisher, where the swing sends an arc of electricity with enough force to slash through the target with ease. Even the edges of the attack can do damage, as it's first usage had left environmental damage in the pavement.
-Rider Ten Billion Volt Blast (ライダー100億ボルトブラスト) - By setting the plug in the right socket, Nadeshiko can initiate this finisher, where she slams the tip of Billy The Rod into the ground, sending massive voltage into the ground, destroying it while disorientating/electrocuting the target.
The following finishers only requires Nadeshiko to activate the Limit Break function and does not use the Billy the Rod:
-Rider Elek Kick (ライダーエレキキック) - A flying kick, except emitting electrics from her leg.
