This is the form Nadeshiko can accessed by the power of Cosmic Switch.

When States-Changing to this form, it will infuse all astroswitches Nadeshiko had. (switches for arm basements, 10 switches each)

As a result, Nadeshiko is able to summons any module by touching any Astroswitch emblems on the Switching Lungs (スイッチングラング) without swapping out the switch on the Driver. She can also conjure the power of an Astroswitch to use or augment the power of one with another (for example giving the Claw Switch the effect of the Elek Switch).

In this form, Nadeshiko can also perform a warp drive and has a much more powerful exhaust on her hoverpack.

She is armed with Cosmic Module Barizun Sword (コズミックモジュール バリズンソード); She can use it in either the club/rocket-like Boost Mode, or the slashing armament Slash Mode. It even can utilize various Astroswitches, but it is only compatible with any Circle Module Basement-orientated Astroswitches.

Due to it relies mainly on Nadeshiko's faith in the friendship she forged, it has a disadvantage: if any of her friends cut their bond with her, she couldn't able to States-Change to this form.

Finishers:

-Rider Super Galaxy Finish (ライダー超銀河フィニッシュ) - By setting the Cosmic Switch into the Barizun Sword, Kamen Rider Nadeshiko can initiate this finisher. She can take the enemy out into space with the Barizun Sword Boost Mode's Limit Break, which summons a portal that leads out to space and swing the Sword for a huge sword beam attack, or it could be done in the form of an enhanced slash attack.

-Rider Kick (ライダーキック) - Despite she is armed with the Barizun Sword, she can initiate this flying kick finisher after she activated the Limit Break function. The Cosmic States version of this finisher is 6 times more powerful than the Base States' own.
